CANCELLATION POLICY
To avoid a cancellation charge of $300.00 per room, all cancellations must be received by NYSADA in writing by October 21, 2009. Cancellations after October 21, 2009 are subject to NO REFUNDS. In the event of early checkout, hotel nights are not refundable and will include a $300.00 per room cancellation fee.
