Coverage of Unmarried Dependant Children Through Age 29

Summary:
The bill amends the Insurance Law to permit unmarried children to be covered under a parent's group health insurance through age of 29, regardless of financial dependence.
Effective Date: July 1, 2009, applicable to contracts issued, renewed, modified, altered or amended after said date.
