Safety Group 430 is the workers compensation insurance program of NYSADA. The Safety group 430 program has provided a safe haven for its dealer members since 1949.
Having a long history of financial stability, a member is not exposed to further costs due to assessments or the risk associated with joint and several liability. If for any reason your dealership should ever leave Safety Group 430, you are only responsible for your claims.

Quarterly claims reports,
